Excellent Kashmir Tour Experience with Zeba Travelling Company!
I highly recommend Zeba Travelling Company to anyone planning a Kashmir trip. My experience with them was truly excellent, and the level of service and personal attention they provide is outstanding.
A special appreciation to MD Mr. Mudasir, who personally keeps an eye on the tours and makes sure that every guest is receiving the promised service. His involvement gives you a great sense of trust and confidence throughout the trip.
I would also like to appreciate Ms. Tahzeeba, Executive Coordinator, who stays connected throughout the journey and takes regular updates about every movement — where the guests have reached, how the hotel service is, how the vehicle and other arrangements are going, and whether everything is running smoothly.
From hotel bookings and food arrangements to transportation, sightseeing and overall tour management, everything is handled professionally and systematically.
Another thing I really appreciate is their transparent and trustworthy approach with payments. In my previous booking, due to a genuine reason, I had to cancel my trip. Zeba Travelling Company processed my refund promptly within the working days as per their process. That experience built even more trust, and I later decided to book my Kashmir tour with them again.
Overall, 5-star service, professional management, transparency and genuine customer care.
